At our school, we believe that music is an important part of a broad and balanced education. Through our Music Development Plan, we aim to provide all pupils with opportunities to sing, play instruments, perform, listen to and appreciate a wide range of music, and develop their musical talents and confidence.
Our Music Development Plan reflects the expectations of the Department for Education’s National Plan for Music Education and demonstrates our commitment to ensuring that every child can engage with and enjoy music as part of their school experience.
